Oakwood Village East and Oakwood Village West are two campuses that proudly provide quality service and care to approximately 950 older adults. Our goal is to foster a strong sense of community - a community in which our residents, staff, volunteers, and their families all work in unison towards the common goal of ensuring Oakwood's place as one of the best retirement services organizations in Wisconsin - throughout the organization.

Together with the support of SEIU Local 150, we strive to be broadly recognized as the employer of choice in the retirement industry in this region of Wisconsin, and recognize that creating and maintaining a family-friendly work environment, one where all staff has the opportunity to provide input and make decisions, is important to our employees. We offer competitive wages and benefits, and conduct regular staff satisfaction surveys in an effort to continuously improve our work environment. In addition to our various employment opportunities, we offer an environment that fosters professional growth and personal success.

Person's Name
"I love my co-workers.  Both the therapy staff and the nursing staff are truly kind-hearted and compassionate people.  They really want to see people get to a better place both physically and emotionally.  We let the residents dictate at what pace they need to go.  We get a feel for each person’s needs and abilities and then adjust if needed."
