Oakwood Seasons at Oakwood Village East offers assisted living for residents in need of physical assistance with the activities of daily living. Tabor Oaks is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and regulated by the State of Wisconsin to provide assisted living services.
Assisted Living offers a blend of personal care, privacy and an opportunity to build new friendships, and is designed specifically for older adults who need assistance with the activities of daily living. Our programs enable residents to retain their independence and enjoy their lives in a setting of support, fun, and understanding.
