Oakwood Meadows offers an advanced level of residential care for those needing a higher level of attention and assistance with daily activities. This is a 20-bed licensed based residential facility (CBRF) with keypad-secured entry doors for the safety of residents who have some degree of dementia. Oakwood Meadows serves both residents of Oakwood Village and the Madison community. All rooms are private.
