- The Rise Assisted Living: The Rise offers spacious, private assisted living apartments, giving residents close proximity to a country-style kitchen with dining room, common areas, and convenient outdoor access. Each apartment features open living spaces, high ceilings, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
- Oakwood Seasons Assisted Living: One-room private suites provide comfortable surroundings where residents enjoy privacy and maintain independence. The lovely setting also gives the opportunity to engage with fellow residents every day through educational programs, social events, and exercise opportunities.
- Oakwood Knoll Memory Care: A safe, compassionate household focused on cognitive engagement. With only 20 suites, it offers an intimate, calm setting where staff are available 24/7 to help residents flourish. Features a secured-access household with a private, landscaped courtyard and on-floor dining to minimize confusion and maximize comfort.
- Oakwood Meadows Advanced Assisted Living: Here we serve residents with higher custodial care needs than can be met in a traditional assisted living setting. Care provided includes mechanical lifts and two-person transfers, as well as hands-on dining assistance within a secure, home-like environment.
Oakwood Village University Woods (West Side of Madison)
Located near the UW Research Park, University Woods is a beautiful setting to enjoy nature in our nine-acre nature preserve with walking trails. The following CBRF households provide supportive care at University Woods.
- Tabor Oaks Assisted Living: A community fostering independence through tailored support. One-room private suites provide residents with ample space for relaxation and daily living.
- Covenant Oaks Memory Care: A specialized environment for those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We honor the individual through dementia-specific Life Enrichment programming. Features a secured-access household with a private, landscaped courtyard and on-floor dining to minimize confusion and maximize comfort.
