Expert Care from Nurse Practitioners

Nurse practitioners are integrated into our hospice team and provide inpatient care to residents. You’ll receive attentive care, medication and symptom management, acute care management, and discussions around goals of care.

Each of our experienced hospice nurses works with a small number of residents, which means that residents and families receive more time and attention.

Our dedicated social work team offers consistent support to residents and families based on their individual needs. Our hospice chaplain is part of the Oakwood Village Pastoral team, with a reputation for strong relationships with residents.

The Oakwood Pharmacy creates the fastest possible access to medications. Because the pharmacy is on-site, nurse practitioners and pharmacists can collaborate directly to best meet your needs.
