The Rise Assisted Living at Prairie Ridge
The Rise is Oakwood's newest assisted living program. The brand new building offers spacious one-bedroom assisted living apartments, giving residents a spacious sanctuary to call their own. Residents in The Rise enjoy close proximity to on-floor dining, common areas and convenient outdoor access, all while being a part of the thriving Prairie Ridge community.
The Rise Services & Amenities
Services provided to residents in The Rise include:
- Health monitoring and emergency response (including routine vitals, weights , blood glucose monitoring, catheter care, wound care, labs, X-rays, management of chronic medical conditions, acute change of condition)
- Individualized care plan
- Assistance with bathing or showering as well as whirlpool, if desired
- Three nutritious meals a day and snacks
- Assistance with getting dressed, personal grooming and restroom use, as needed one-person assistance
- Weekly housekeeping service and flat-linen services, with bed-making and fresh towels
- Life Enrichment programming
- Up to three hours skilled nursing care per week
- Individually-controlled heating and cooling
- Access to a social worker
- Personal Emergency Response System pendant
- Spiritual Care programming
- Room service, if you're feeling under the weather
- Utilities including electric, expanded basic cable, WiFi and trash removal
- Assistance with transfers one- or two-person assistance
- Assistance with incontinence management supplies not included
- Injected medicines and insulin management
- Assistance with oxygen supplies not included
- Catheter care
