Independent living

Your own apartment is nestled into a vibrant community, where you'll have the freedom to come and go as you choose. We have two campuses in Madison, each with its own personality, but grounded in the same dedication to all dimensions of wellness. You have ample access to nature, gardens, driving options and life enrichment programs.

Assisted living and memory care

Some residents need just a little bit of help, while others may require more assistance. At Oakwood, we provide the full continuum of care, from assisted living to memory care.

Recover well

We provide comprehensive care to speed your recovery from surgery, injury, or illness. Working with Oakwood's physical and occupational therapists, you'll rebuild the strength, balance, and mobility you need to stay active.
